Shipping costs The shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the ordered products, the shipping address and the shipping method and are calculated accordingly. Shipping method The delivery in Germany is carried out by a forwarding agent of the seller. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer in the order. The expected delivery dates are indicated on the respective product page in working days and depend on the shipping method of the ordered product. Prices The prices of the products offered are inclusive of VAT. The transport costs incurred are not included in the prices stated on the product page. The transport costs are calculated according to the product and the shipping address in the shopping basket. Returns and refunds By law, a consumer may exercise his or her right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods and return the delivered product for exchange or refund. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by a consumer, i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity or does not make the purchase by providing a VAT ID number in the order form to MPC Srl. The shipping costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer. Return shipments without a return number provided by us or with shipping costs at the expense of the recipient will be refused. The right refers to the product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on parts of the product (e.g. accessories, software, etc.). Excluded from the right of withdrawal are food, audio and video and software products (even if enclosed with the hardware material) after the packaging has been opened. In particular, those products for which assembly is required and all products after use are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The returned product must be intact, resalable and in its original packaging, complete with all accessories (including packaging material, documentation, operating instructions, cables, etc.). Defect of goods The goods purchased and received must be inspected immediately. If the item ordered by you has a defect, this must be reported within a period of 30 days after receipt of the goods. Products not delivered and in transit In the event of cancellation of an order in progress, only an email or registered letter will be considered for cancellation and refund of the product. The customer will be notified by email when their product is delivered to the carrier and leaves our warehouse. If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been picked up by the carrier, the shipping costs and the costs of the return shipment will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
